Great roadside side hotel to spend the night in our way to DC. Clean rooms and a basic breakfast
Set your expectations. The staff was very friendly. Yes. It is a Super 8. There are not many options in the area. You cannot blame staff or ownership for the customer behavior. But. Power washing the parking lot with a detergent is advised.
Excellent price and pretty decent rooms. Clean and working fridge, microwave and bathroom, no bugs, very clean floor and everything else, nice little breakfast in the morning and kind housekeeper For 50 bucks a night (before taxes) it's amazing in my opinion. I like this location even more than the one in Beards Hill Aberdeen and would definitely return if I'm in the area again
This motel was my home base for several months. The staff were consistently pleasant and accommodating. They were also great with my grown autistic son and always made us feel welcomed and respected. This was the best nights' sleep in all the motels we have stayed in during the last few years....that is saying something! Definitely NO bugs or other pests!!! Thank you for being our safe haven
The staff are so nice and helpful. There is free breakfast available in the mornings, which was our favorite part. I’ve stayed at more expensive motels/hotels that didn’t have breakfast. The room was clean. Is is the fanciest? No. But I didn’t care. It’s clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s one of the best motels I’ve ever stayed in. If I am ever in Maryland again, I’d come back.
This motel had such amazing staff who were sooo helpful! I wanted to take a bath and they found a plug for the tub for me! I liked the location because there is a grocery store right next door, but if you don't have a car, the area doesn't seem very walkable.
Before anyone says they don't deserve it. Your staying in a cheaper hotel. That being said, I've been staying in hotels for 11 days and this was the best night sleep I had out of 7 different hotels. The shower functioned great, even though it may not have looked great. The continental breakfast was extremely basic but I was surprised there was one offered, the air conditioner was cold, the shower head functioned and hot, you could hear things in the room, but to me, most importantly, I slept amazing, and I am happy.
I stayed overnight during a road trip from Shenandoah to Perryville Community Park. The room was the most affordable I've encountered in the US. While relatively clean, the room was basic, and breakfast was adequate. Conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores and fast-food restaurants.
